Returns and Shipping
Mutazu Motorcycle believes that customer service is just as important as the products we represent. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mutazu prior to completing an online checkout. We have an expert customer service team ready to help you however please be aware that it is the sole responsibility of the consumer to read and accept the fitment criteria on each item listing. Our customer base varies from the original manufacturers & dealers themselves right down to the average customer who feels confident to install on their own. Should at any time there be any doubt with the items you’ve selected, please seek or consult a professional installer for advice or possible service installation. All purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions as per our company return policy.
***Attention Holiday shoppers*** Possible shipping delays may occur (both due to weather and or high volumes of purchases made during the holiday season). Please plan your purchase(s) accordingly and notify us of any urgency to your order if applicable. Thank you in advance for acknowledging this potential issue.
All orders shipping within the lower 48 US states ship FREE *unless otherwise indicated in the listing.
Additional fees are required for APO, AFO shipments (*this applies to larger items only which typically can ship FedEx at no additional charge)
All completed orders are processed and shipped out the following business day following a cleared payment.
We use both USPS Priority Mail® and FedEx for all US shipments.
All international shipments are shipped through USPS Priority Mail International® (for most purchases, smaller items ship First Class International).
Alternate options are available for expedited shipping however please inquire within BEFORE completing your order to help ensure we can provide you with the available options and fees for expedited services. International items will be sent out USPS Priority Mail International; for most orders. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
General rules for returns are as follows:
- Merchandise must be returned unused or modified (in original condition in which it was received)
- Initiate a return within 14 business days from receipt of your shipment
- Returns beyond 45 business days from original purchase date are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- All returns to must have a tracking number.
- All refunds posted within 60 days of purchase are refunded to the original method of payment used during checkout.
- We can only assist with return labels when notified of a problem shipment.
- Please contact us if there’s a problem with your purchase to help us initiate the process of correcting any issues with your order.
- Return form should include reason for return, contact info & and other helpful feedback as to why the item is being returned.
- Retain the tracking number and use it for assistance with status and processing of your return for refund or exchange.
- Average refunds or exchanges may take 1-2 weeks for processing
- Returns which are incomplete and have items missing may be subject to additional charges.
- We are not responsible for lost, damages or missing packages.
- Returns which do not meet these criteria may be returned and can also be subject to 50% restocking fee minus shipping charges.
- Not all items are eligible for returns so please read the listings carefully prior to checkout*
