Complete and ready to install includes the latch kit, seals, lock sets, rubber grommets.

You're required to have existing mounts or purchase mounts to attach these bags for use with your motorcycle.

Latch Kit with ABS chrome Plates
Lock sets with two keys
Weather strip seals installed
